Educational background and prior experiences:

Ravi completed his education at Bangalore university. He further completed his CA article ship in association with Raghuraman Associates. He hails from an extensive international background with 25+ years of experience in financial management. Over the span of time, he has worked in various fields spread wide from accounting, finance, and taxation to finance control, compliance, and general administration.

Ravi started his career in 1996 as an Audit Assistant and he gained experience in sectors like Software (Healthcare, Telecom), Internet, IT, Electronics, Food Processing, Edtech, and Manufacturing sector. He has hands-on expertise in ensuring compliances – including Statutory compliances, Labour compliances, Service Tax, Sales Tax, GST, Company Law matters, etc. – and working with domain consultants and government offices.

Today he is the proud CFO at Solid Tech.

Throughout his career, Ravi has been a part of various leadership and personality development programs. He has been awarded for  Facility management by IFMA Bangalore, Leadership Innovation for Quantum Growth by EREHWON in Malaysia, and a Leadership development program in China to name a few. As the list goes long, it is very evident that Ravi has left an indelible mark in all his ventures.
